| Description | The work generally includes reroofing the City Parks and Recreation Building, approximately 12,300 square feet. The reroofing project shall consist of removing existing roofing material, installing new shingles, and all related work items as outlined in the detailed request for proposals. The work is located at the Roy City Parks and Recreation Building at 1950 West 4800 South in Roy City, Utah. Roy City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in a proposal, and to make awards in the interest of the City.
