King Den 12 Inch Sewer Interceptor

Separate sealed Bids for furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the King Den 12 Inch Sewer Interceptor. The project includes installation of approximately 680 L.F. feet of 12-inch PVC SDR26 sewer pipe and three new manholes. The project is located in Cleveland, TN near King Den Dr. NW and Kings Cove Ct. NW. Cleveland Utilities will supply the 12-inch PVC pipe necessary for the project. Contractor is fully responsible for making sure sealed bid is delivered to Cleveland Utilities by the closing date and time. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to Matt Bolt. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with all requirement of the State of Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act. It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry.
