| Description | The Authority is accepting Formal Bids for Sludge Hauling. A contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid for the mentioned item. Questions shall be submitted in writing to MikeR@wvrsa.com. Solicitors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. Any proposal received not complying with these requirements SHALL not be opened and returned to sender marked Unresponsive. The Authority reserves the right to award a contract in its sole discretion and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive minor technicalities and informalities and to decide as to the responsibility of the bidders. |
