On-Call Facility Programming Services

Consultants shall have an established staff experienced and capable of providing the in-house services indicated in the scope of work outlined below: Detailed research and analysis, using recognized research methods; Financial analysis and modeling; Specialty component services, including the development of detailed space needs analysis, as well as comment regarding site analysis and related comprehensive services, based on industry best practices; Meeting with multiple user groups to determine priorities, adjacencies and best use of space; Estimating, Financial modeling and implementation planning; Site planning size and location evaluation; Benchmarking of best existing practices; Master Planning of multiple facilities and functions; Comprehensive study of decentralized versus centralized service delivery;; Full accessibility; Sustainable building practices, energy conservation and Feasibility of LEED or other environmental policies; Code conformance, required overlays compliance; Site selection for optimal provision of necessary services; Monitor designs by future consultants to assure conformance to program.
