The workmanship, design, and material shall be of the highest quality and free of defects. The vendor shall be solely responsible for material, fabrication, galvanizing, quality assurance and delivery of the equipment in accordance with this specification. Review, inspection, or approval of drawings by customer, test reports, fabrication or quality assurance in no way relieves the vendor of their responsibility. |
