The City of Chula Vista is seeking to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services for the creation of a five-year citywide strategic plan (the "Strategic Plan"). Proposals should include plans for district community and local stakeholder outreach, council workshop(s), department meetings and employee feedback. The City of Chula Vista intends to enter into a professional consultant services agreement with the selected consultant team to provide professional services in establishing the City of Chula Vista's Five-Year Citywide Strategic Plan.
