Description

The current HVAC for both the first and the second floor does not have enough air flow within the building and the new system will assist with keeping it cool and keeping the building warm whenever needed. The chiller replacement in Massey Activity Center is needed because it currently does not have sufficient flow in the building for heating and cooling. The purpose of this work will also replace these units providing cooling for classroom space and IT equipment.
