The successful proposers shall anticipate a Notice of Award within 30-days after the proposals have been reviewed and a Notice of to Proceed shall be issued shortly thereafter. The City of Wilkes-Barre encourages minority owned firms, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms to submit proposals.
