Dempsey Building Tallahassee, Florida SCOPES: 7-A Exterior Waterproofing & Restoration 7-B Roofing MANDATORY PREQUALIFICATION: This prequalification procedure has been established in compliance with Rule 60D-5.004, FAC. All Bidders must pre-qualify regardless of any previous prequalification by three (3) working days prior to time of bid opening. The award of each subcontract will be based solely on the best interest of the project as determined by Mad Dog Construction.
