| Description | Bids will be received for two (2) Prime Contracts:Contract # 2 - Electrical Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Certified Check payable to Port Chester-Rye UFSD or Bid Bond of a sum no less than Ten (10%) percent of the Bid Amount. The Owner will require a Performance, Labor and Material Bond in the amount of One Hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission, except as otherwise provided in General Municipal Law 103 (11). The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. |
