Description

Contractor shall remove existing sidewalk and dirt approximately 4” deep. Contractor is to construct a new sidewalk that is approximately 345’ long and 10’ wide with 2” of crusher run gravel packed and 4” thick of 3000 psi concrete. Contractor shall install 3 runs of # 4 rebar. The new sidewalk will be stamped concrete to look like brick and tinted a red/brown color. The color and stamp patter will be selected by the Park Manager. The sidewalk shall be level with the ground. Construct an asphalt walkway from stairs near visitor center to the metal bridge. Path shall be 2” thick, 8’ wide, 500’ feet long. Contractor shall excavate to suitable substrate and shall install suitable base material to support the pave walkway. Geotextile fabric shall be installed as appropriate.
