One (1) 60-Ton Rated Air Cooled Chiller

Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement to procure one (1) 60-Ton Rated Air Cooled Chiller, delivered and installed, which will replace a 60-Ton York Chiller, located at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE). This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The resultant contract will be for one (1) 60-Ton Rated Air Cooled Chiller, 460 Volt, 3 Phase. The new chiller will need to be attached to the existing recirculation pump and tank designed system. The pump delivers at least 2.5 gallons per ton of circulation. The chiller unit will have a 3’-5’ of clearance and the existing pad measures 9’6” x 14’. Because this chiller will be replacing an existing chiller, it will need to be sized in accordance with the load it had previously been supplying. In addition, the pad size, clearance requirements and electrical service size also must match the existing York chilling unit. The Government intends to procure the above item through a full and open competition after the exclusion of sources.
