Description Process of finalizing civil and environmental permits to initiate the repair work for the first phase of the Project. Generally, the work for Phase 1 of this Project consists of concrete seawall rehabilitation and roadway, drainage, utility and streetscape construction along a 1,000 LF portion of Murray Blvd. Due to the complex nature and historic significance of the wall, specific construction expertise is required for this project. Contractors interested in submitting construction bids for the Murray Boulevard Roadway and Seawall Reconstruction Project must apply to prequalify.
