Description

The Housing Authority of Baltimore City ("HABC") is requesting proposals from qualified and interested individuals or firms to perform preventive maintenance inspections at various HABC dwelling units in accordance with the Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") Real Estate Assessment Center's (REAC") Uniform Physical Condition Standards ("UPCS") inspection protocol. Responders shall also comply with all applicable requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, 12 U.S.C. Section 1701u. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed in writing to the address and individual indicated above and must include the reference: HABC RFP Number B-1966-22
