Structure H-2286 is on Clearview Drive over I-580 in Carson City, structure H-2287 is on Koontz Lane over I-580 in Carson City, and structure I-2936 is on I-580 over Meadowood Mall Way in Washoe County. Clearview Drive (H-2286) in the project area is an Urban Minor Arterial with one 12-foot lane per direction, a 12-foot leftturn lane on the East side of the structure, and 4-foot shoulders with pedestrian sidewalks in both directions. The directional traffic is separated by yellow lane markings. The posted speed limit is 35 mph throughout the project area. No heavy truck information is available for the roadway. Traffic control will consist of single lane closures which will be done utilizing flaggers and a pilot car. Koontz Lane (H-2287) in the project area is an Urban Minor Collector with one 12-foot lane per direction, a 12-foot leftturn lane across most of the structure, and 4-foot shoulders with pedestrian sidewalks in both directions. The posted speed limit is 35 mph throughout the project area. Heavy trucks are not permitted on Koontz Lane. Traffic control will consist of single lane closures which will be done utilizing flaggers and a pilot car. I-580 in the project area (I-2936) is an Urban Interstate with three 12-foot lanes per direction, 12-foot exterior and 10- foot interior shoulders. The posted speed limit is 65 mph throughout the project area. The heavy truck percentage is 1.6 % for the roadway. Traffic control will consist of night work with speed reduction through project area.
