Description

Design of a new municipal water well house. The intent is to select a design team who can deliver a completed building design including civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs. The site is located at approximately 750 West 400 North. The expectation is a single level masonry building with a vertical turbine pump, plumbing, well controls, electrical and back up electrical service, chlorine disinfection and fluoride. Design team will be required to coordinate SCADA design with City’s SCADA contractor.
