Jewett Park Phase II Renovations

Park Facilities Upgrade: The renovation project may include upgrading existing facilities such as playgrounds, sports fields, courts, picnic areas, and restrooms. This could involve repairs, replacements, or improvements to ensure they meet current safety standards and are in good working condition. Landscaping and Beautification: Enhancing the park's landscaping, including planting new trees, shrubs, and flowers, and improving the overall aesthetics of the park to create an attractive and inviting environment for visitors. Accessibility Improvements: Ensuring that the park is accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities, by installing ramps, accessible pathways, and other facilities to comply with accessibility guidelines. Infrastructure Upgrades: Upgrading the park's infrastructure, such as lighting systems, irrigation systems, and drainage facilities, to improve functionality and efficiency. Recreational Amenities: Introducing new recreational amenities, which could include additional sports facilities, play structures, fitness equipment, or any other features that align with the park's purpose and meet the needs of the community. Safety Measures: Implementing safety measures, such as security cameras, fencing, and signage, to ensure the well-being of park visitors and protect park assets. Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring that the project adheres to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes, environmental standards, and any other applicable guidelines.
