Description

This project contemplated consists of repairs and improvements to the concrete catwalk in sixteen locations inside the western buildings of Structure 268 at Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility. The work includes, but is not limited to: Concrete removals, where specified to be completed, shall remove all loose and broken concrete down to sound material, including exposing any reinforcing steel. Condition assessment of embedded reinforcing steel after concrete removal in specified areas. Crack filling and grouting as needed All other work required to complete the project. Work Location- Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility (700 E. Jones Street, Milwaukee) 20% of the total contract price (13% MBE, 2% WBE, 5% SBE/VBE) July 5, 2022 Notice to Proceed (est.) ; Completion- 200 calendar days
