| Description | The work of this project includes an expansion of the parking to the north, and along the south entrance road to the Rail Operations Center and the MMC located in Kearny, NJ. The parking area is to be expanded to provide a final 400 parking space count. The project includes constructing fill to new elevations and precast concrete block retaining walls, new storm water management sand filters with drainage systems, site lighting and electrical, a new guard house, and placing HMA pavement. | ||||
