| Description | Installation of the following new equipment (these projects are not a one for one replacement): PP20186 Baker Fire Sprinkler Install: 1. Denver Public School intends to contract a Design-Builder for a fixed price for the design and installation of a NFPA 13 Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System additions, all related construction including but not limited to new soffits, painting, piping and fire/smoke protection according to 2015 International Building Code of the school noted above. The Design-Builder shall conform to all current code requirements of the State of Colorado, City and County of Denver, IFC and NFPA. The State of Colorado and Denver Fire Department is the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). 2. All floors and stairwell walls shall be fire chalking protected according to the 2015 International Building Code 3. Bid Alternate #1 New water main shall be installed and permitted according to City and County of Denver, Denver Water, Denver Fire and NPFA 24. |
