Mowing and Spraying Contract

Mowing and weed eating consists of approximately 4 acres at the main Fire department located at 12000 Hwy 64 South, Muskogee, OK 74403. Must mow all areas around Fire department and Hanger and Quarters. Must pick up any loose debris and not mow over it. Lawn will be mowed approximately once every 2 weeks or as directed by the Fire Chief of Keefeton Volunteer Fire Department. Per mowing(Spraying) - Spraying consist of spraying entire lawn to control and rid of all broad leaf weeds. Must (at least once/monthly or the discretion of Fire Chief) spray around building, parking area, along edge of Hwy, ditch on west side of the Fire Department, under all fence that borders the Fire Department. This must be sprayed with a grass and weed killer. Absolutely "NO" Soil sterilants used on Fire Department Property. All chemicals and equipment furnished by vender. Must have and retain all applicable license for this type of spraying issued by the State of Oklahoma. Must have General Liability Insurance in excess of 1 million Insurance must include & cover mowing and /or spraying accidents
