| Description | The State of Montana, State Procurement Bureau, on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC), is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the removal and replacement of the existing center pivot irrigation system, located in T4n - R47E - Sec 21, as identified in the scope of Work and corresponding maps.
