Campbell City School District 2021 Paving Improvements Elementary Middle School K-6 Milling and Pavement Project

Scope of Work: Bus Driveway(identified on map as “Bus Drive”), Mill at minimum of 2 inches, Repair compromised areas(potholes, etc.) as needed prior to finish course, Power sweep and clean pavement, Spray / Apply SS-1 tack coat emulsion, Pave % “leveling course of hot asphalt, Asphalt pave with 3 inches of #448T-1 finish course asphalt, all rolled in place, Ensure smooth transition to all abutting areas. Restripe existing layout to owner specifications. All Other Asphalt areas (red-lined on map), Mill at minimum of 2 inches, Repair compromised areas(potholes, etc.) as needed prior to finish course, Power sweep and clean pavement, Spray/apply SS-1 tack coat emulsion, Pave % “ leveling course of hot asphalt, Asphalt pave with 2 inches of #448T-1 finish course asphalt, all rolled in place, Ensure smooth transition to all abutting areas, Restripe existing layout, including playground, to owner specifications.
