| Description | DISPOSAL OF TYPE 13 & 13C RECYCLABLE WASTE Proposal packages are on file at the Jackson Township Purchasing Department, 95 W. Veterans Hwy. Jackson NJ 08527 and may be obtained via email by contacting the Purchasing Department at mhorta@jacksontwpnj.net and providing complete contact information. Proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided in the manner designated and required in the specifications, enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Township Clerk, Attn: Purchasing Agent, Township of Jackson, 95 W. Veterans Hwy., Jackson, NJ 08527 and marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the purpose for which the bid is being submitted. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJ.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N. J. S. A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 ET seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). |
