Description

The project scope includes the full reconstruction of approximately 2,700 linear feet from Carroll Lane to Kostoryz Road, to include a north and south roadway, for a total of 5,400 linear feet of required roadway reconstruction. Additional improvements include upgrades or replacements to the Stormwater, Water, Wastewater, and Gas systems, and related coordination with the City and private utility owners. Two pavement options will be considered, Base Bid 1 HMAC and Base Bid 2 Concrete. Contractors may bid either one or both options, all in accordance with the project specifications and plans.
