Mandarin Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Sludge Holding Tanks Rehabilitation

Scope of work described in this Solicitation is three percent (3). This percentage is the percentage of the Respondents total bid price, less the Supplemental Work Authorization (SWA), General Special Conditions, and other allowances as listed in the Bid Workbook, and as noted in the Award documentation, that must be awarded or subcontracted to JSEB firms. Failure to fully comply with the JSEB requirements stated herein may disqualify the Response. Respondents must specify on the JSEB form how they intend to comply with the JSEB requirement stated herein. Respondents that do not meet the JSEB requirement and/or do not submit a JSEB form with their Response may have their Reponses rejected, unless they are exempted under the good faith exception described below. All questions must be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer listed below at least five (5) business days prior to the opening date. Questions received within five (5) business days prior to the opening date will not be answered. Bids that have been properly withdrawn will not be opened. JEA has the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the Bid Document.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
