Contractor Awarded Address: Dallas, TX 75244 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $1031000.00 The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15BFA022B00000014 for the award of a firm fixed price construction contract entitled "Replace Cooling Towers" at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Pollock located in Pollock, Louisiana. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project lies between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. (NOTE: This range is one of eight available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range.) FCI Pollock is a federal correctional institution located at 1000 AirBase Road, Pollock, LA 71467. The project bases for design is Baltimore Aircoil Company; Series 3000, by providing all necessary equipment, labor, materials and incidentals to remove the old cooling towers and installation of new all stainless-steel cooling towers. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors) with a corresponding small business size standard of $16,500,000. The Statement of Work and Drawings attachments included in this pre-solicitation synopsis are the same documents that were previously included in the Sources Sought Notice.
