Description

The Project consists of a renovation to existing interior spaces, repair & coating of exterior CMU walls, new cementitious siding, new entry tower at main entrance, and stair/service entry at secondary entrance. The site work is limited to storm water upgrades, parking lot reconfiguration, and landscaping to align with the exterior architectural design (Greenscreen, etc.) The interior upfit will require upgrades to MEP & FP building systems.
