Description

The Project consists of: Renovating two existing wood decks and associated stair and ramp(s) for an existing group home building. The front deck shall be expanded, and new stairs constructed to avoid the existing retention wall. The rear deck shall be renovated, and a new ramp constructed to connect the deck to an existing gazebo. Both areas will receive new decking and railing as part of the renovation work. Alternate G-1 will consist of installing new decking and railing for another existing porch and ramp on the building side.
