The Building Was Built in 1920's and is One of the Busiest Golf Facilities in the State. The Selected Contractor Will Work With the Golf Division Manager and Golf Course Superintendent to Ensure That the Roof Replacement Project at the Clubhouse Has Minimal Disruption to the Operation of the Golf Course and the Operation of the Restaurant and Banquet Area Which is Located Below the Roofing That Needs to Be Replaced. Timing of Scope of Work Will Need to Be Coordinated. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities and/or Irregularities in a Bid.
