| Description | City of Tuscola, Douglas County Notice of General Maintenance Letting for the construction of 10,700 Gallons of Furnish & Spread Bituminous Materials, HFRS-2 and 390 Tons of Furnish & Spread Aggregate Materials, CA-16. for Section 22-00000-00-GM, Various Streets, City of Tuscola; and at that time publicly opened and read. 2. Proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the Local Agency which may be obtained from the Tuscola City Hall and shall be enclosed in an envelope endorsed "2021 General Maintenance - Sec. 22-00000-00-GM". 3. Illinois Department of Transportation Prequalification is required. The two low bidders must file within 24 hours after the letting an "Affidavit of Availability" (Form BC 57), in duplicate, showing all uncompleted contracts awarded to them and all low bids pending award for Federal, State, County, Municipal, and private work. 4. The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities. 5. A proposal guarantee is required. Electronic Bid Bonds will not be allowed. |
