Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Design plans call for the construction of a 76-unit multi-residential development; and clubhouse / community center. Scope of Work: New construction of seven apartment buildings and one quadplex within a gated community for veterans. A security center/office and private community center will also be constructed.
