DSW Fire Suppression System Upgrade Phase II Project This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside Invitation for Bid (IFB). The project magnitude is estimated between $400,000 to $600,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. Site Visit: To be held 19 Jul 2022. See Provision DOE-L-2019 for meeting location and time. Although not mandatory, a site visit by interested parties is encouraged. Please submit entire bid package as one .pdf file. NOTE: the Buy American Act applies to this solicitation. Refer to FAR Clause 52.225-9 (Section I) and FAR Provision 52.225-10 (Section L) if any non-domestic material will be proposed. Bidders must identify any nondomestic materials (not manufactured in United States) included in their bid. Please check with your suppliers and subcontractors to verify whether or not their quotes include non-domestic material. Electronic bids are required and shall be submitted through FedConnect only. The bid opening will take place in accordance with the information set forth on the SF1442.
