| Description | APARTMENT ENTRY DOOR AND FRAME REPLACEMENT - 40 PASSAIC ST. Questions Due Date: Mar 24th 2023, 10:00 AM EDT Remove thirty two existing doors and wood frames. Prepare and alter/repair opening to receive new hollow metal steel frames. Provide and install thirty two, two inch wide, 16 gauge, hollow metal preprimed, 1 1/2 hour rated C labeled steel frames for the specified door, with anchors at three points into the existing wall. Provide and install thirty two, two inch wide, 18 gauge 3'-0" X 7'-0 X 1 3/4 "", hollow metal pre-primed steel doors with pre drilled openings for the selected hardware and accessories. The following hardware is to be installed on every door: a. Three security type three knuckle hinges of solid stainless steel, matte finish. The top hinge shall have a spring loaded closing operation.. b. One stainless steel push side mounted, parallel arm closer without a hold open device. c. Stainless steel door look through with integral mechanical door chime. d. 9"x 30" stainless steel plate mounted on both sides of door. e. Barrier free aluminum saddle with smoke prevention strip. f. Smoke resistant stripping on three sides of the door. g. Mortise lock lever handle apartment function. h.
