The project generally consists of the following major items on 12th Ave W in Columbia Falls: 12" PVC water main extension with valves, fittings, services, and fire hydrants; 24" diameter steel casing jack and bore across BNSF railway right-of-way; clearing, grubbing, and topsoil removal; asphalt removal; earthwork, grading, and compaction; crushed base and new asphalt surfacing; concrete sidewalk and driveway approaches; concrete curb and gutter; signage and pavement markings; traffic control; and topsoil placement and seeding.
