Description

? Supply and complete installation of two (2) over-the-door anti-ligature alarms at: DJJ-Congaree Building (Bldg. 22), 4900 Broad River Road, Columbia, SC 29212. ? Except for DJJ provided items listed below, quote must include all costs, including but not limited to: hardware, installation, and training of DJJ staff on proper use of alarms. ? DJJ will provide access to existing 120V power supply, so that vendor can connect anti-ligature alarms. ? DJJ will provide access to existing ceiling access doors at connection locations. ? DJJ will provide properly keyed mortise cylinders. ? Alarms must be installed by authorized installers for alarm manufacturer and include manufacturer’s standard warranty. ? Contractor will be required to sign the attached Contractor Conduct Agreement.
