Brant Rock Seawall Reconstruction - Phase 2. Concrete Seawall reconstruction will be approximately 600 feet located off of Brant Rock by Ocean Street. This will include will also include driving steel sheet piles to stabilize the toe of the concrete seawall. Agency Name and Address : Marshfield, Town of 965 Plain Street Marshfield, MA 02050 Estimated Cost : $2,800,000 Contractor Qualification : Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. A. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work specified in this Section. B. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the removal and disposal of the following: 1. Concrete seawall. 2. Slabs, patios, retaining walls and decks within excavation limits of work to remove and construct seawall. 3. Timber bulkhead behind existing concrete seawall per 1932 historic drawings, condition unknown. 4. Miscellaneous hardware, steel angles, pieces of timber, concrete, rubble and other material which are encountered during the course of work which interferes with work specified to be done. C. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the removal and reuse of the following: 1. Suitable armor stone and riprap.
