Scope of work is as follows: New Pool shell (concrete) constructed inside existing pool. New pool to include water spray features and zero-entry at one end to 9' deep on the other. New pool filter equipment. Renovations to existing filter building (including lifeguard locker room areas). New poolside lifeguard pavilion. New restroom building.
