Description

Mini Split Ductless Heating and Cooling Units. Currently have 8 mini splits varying in size from 7k to 18k. Balance of mini splits required to be Rudd or Daikin Units. Two mixing units will need to be installed to replace the air circulation provided by the present RTUs. Work includes providing equipment specified in Exhibit 1 in the sizes and quantities based on Exhibit 2. Estimated value - $300-$350k *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
