Description

Professional environmental engineering services will be required on a continuing basis for engineering control inspection services authorized by Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, and as required by the District for its compliance with certain Covenants in favor of Miami-Dade County. The engineering firm selected will act in the general capacity of District Environmental Engineer and provide such professional services associated with environmental engineering within the District, including, but not limited, to assistance, engineering, design, review and analysis, and reporting to governmental agencies and entities, including Miami-Dade County DERM, as required by that still unrecorded draft Covenant Running with the Land In Favor of Miami-Dade County, Florida, Requiring Institutional and Engineering Controls at, Near or In the Vicinity of SW 288 Street and SW 132 Avenue, Homestead, Miami-Dade County.
