Bid Package 31.1 Site Paving for the Moore Station Expansion

Deadline for questions shall be 3:00 P.M. CST on November 23, 2022 All Bids must be submitted on Nabholz Bid Form, to include all Affidavits (Refer CM Manual), in order to be considered responsive. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of certified or cashier's check or a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of amount of bid. Upon approval by City Council of acceptable bids, a Letter of Intent to contract or written contract will be awarded within sixty (60) days after the opening of qualified, responsive bids. All bid amounts must held and guaranteed through the entire sixty (60) day postbid award period. NCC will retain bidder's deposit and, at Owner's option, use it for liquidated damages in case successful bidder fails to enter into contract and furnish required bonds within seven (7) days of receipt of contract. NCC and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
