| Description | To provide the installation of security fencing and gates surrounding the entire perimeter of the Authority’s newly acquired 12+ acre property in Wilkes Barre, PA. Proposer will also be responsible for the clearing and grading of a 25 foot wide (approx.) area along the property fence line including removal of any existing fencing, clearing of large rocks, concrete slabs and clearing & grubbing of all vegetation (i.e., trees, bushes…etc.).
