Description

The general prevailing rate of wage for the Peoria area shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute this contract or perform this work as required by the State of Illinois Department of Labor. Additionally, it is required that provisions of the Illinois Preference Act, the Illinois Drug Free Workplace Act, and the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Act must be adhered to.
