Description

Demolition of existing interior walls, finishes and MEP services was completed earlier this year. The current state of the project is an unconditioned shell. This project scope includes all new finishes, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and power/data. The contractor will also need to coordinate with University ITS Networking and ITS Security groups. Design is nearing completion and we anticipate the selected CMAR will provide at least one preliminary cost estimate and a constructability review.
