Description

The work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: (Refer to Section 01100, Summary of the Work for additional information) The renovations of approximately 1,650 square feet of office space within the ground floor level of Forand Manor Annex that currently occupies the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) staff. The office space which is currently `open` with approximately eight cubicle workstations shall be converted to eight full-height partitioned offices to occupy the Housing Authority administrative staff. The Scope of Work also includes modifications to the existing adjacent support offices.
