Water System Distribution Improvements

The apparent low bidder shall provide a hard copy of the bid within three business days of the bid opening. The Project consists of the installation of approximately 2,130 LF of new 4-inch water main, new water services to 44 homes, and the removal and replacement of pavement of approximately 2,000 LF of private road. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis as indicated on the Bid Form. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. The project is funded through a grant from the American Rescue Plan Act from the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services. The Issuing Office for the Contract Documents is Signature Digital Imaging, 472 Amherst Street Unit 23, Nashua, NH 03063, (603) 624-4025. Bidding Documents may be examined at Wilcox & Barton, Inc. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Pine Grove Cooperative reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids received and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
