Description

Qualified service companies for maintenance and repairs to its HV AC equipment. Service companies are requested to provide a proposal that will reduce the cost of operating the facilities and at the same time maintain or improve comfort levels in the facilities. The proposal must provide a comprehensive cost-plus bid that includes all six (6) Groups (17 sites). It must also include separate cost-plus quotes for each individual Group. The successful bidder will agree to bill at-cost for the contractor's materials, labor, and any other direct expenses. All bids must reflect an hourlv rate plus parts. supplies and materials. Anv bids made that do not meet this requirement will be considered non-responsive.
