| Description | The scope of work includes the complete renovation of the existing 15th Police District located at 2809 Levick Street. This work includes, full interior/exterior renovation of the existing 18,185 SF building. Improvements include several small additions on the North, South, and East sides of the building to provide circulation space and proper egress, reconfiguration of the building’s main entry stair/ADA ramp, all new finishes, building envelope improvements using an insulated metal panel system, high-efficiency window replacement, and roof replacement including mechanical screening for HVAC equipment. Work to be LEED. Goals: MBE 17% to 20% and WBE 13%-16% |
