Neill at (724) 830-3966, fax (724) 830-3969, e-mail - Vneill@co.westmoreland.pa.us Scope- PAINTING TRAFFIC LINES This work shall consist of simultaneously applying two 4 inch yellow parallel lines spaced 4 inches apart at a wet film thickness of 15 mils+- 1 mil along with automatically dispensing glass beads at a rate of 7 pounds per gallon of paint onto the painted surface by a pressurized glass gun. Also right and left 4 inchwhite edge lines shall be applied where indicated at a wet film thickness of 12 mils +- 1 mil along with glass beads at a rate of 7 pounds per gallon. All materials and workmanship shall be in accordance with Section 962-Waterborne Pavement Markings PA DOT Publication 408/latest edition. TRAFFIC SIGNAL MARKINGS This work is the furnishing and installation of hot thermoplastic pavement markings and legends of the indicated type and color shown on the drawings with a surface application of glass beads.
