| Description | As of December 2, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Question Deadline 09/20/2022 at 12:00 PM ET This request for quotes is for the replacement of the existing entrance doorway of the Malabar Farm State Park Restaurant. The existing door and building are historic and are not standard and completely square. Bidders are strongly encouraged to take measurements and see the project before placing a bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive. |
